You groaned. The baby kept kicking, and it was really painful. You rubbed your bulging stomach, making poor attempts to calm it down. You and Reiner didnt want to know the gender of the baby, so it could be a surprise. The baby could be due any minute now, and you tried to stand. Reiner was in his office, working on some stuff for the office. You could hear his pen jabbing down whatever he was writing, and you could hear the crinkling of paper. You stood up and cautiously walked towards his office, holding your belly. Your [h/c] hair was pulled up into a ponytail, and you were wearing a [fav/c] stretchy shirt that would be oversized if you weren't pregnant, and black yoga pants. You leaned on the doorway, panting. His blonde head of hair shot up, and turned towards you. You smiled sneakily at him, and he blushed. He tried to cover up what he was doing and you headed towards his desk. You grabbed his shoulders and began massaging him.
"What are you up to, hun?" You and Reiner have been married for two years, and the wedding was splendid. You got pregnant a year later, and now you were here. You kept massaging his shoulders as he covered up what he was working on. You craned your neck to sneak a peek at what he was doing and you pouted. He stood at his 6' 2" height while you were only 5' 1". Even sitting down, you were shorter than him.
"N-nothing!" He said as he shoved it into his desk.
"But I wanna see!" You whined like a small child. You and Reiner were struggling to restrain other from touching the desk. You grunted and felt something wet run down your leg. You stopped suddenly and you widened your eyes. "Reiner..." He looked at you, wondering why you stopped so suddenly. "I think my water broke." His eyes widened and he was bewildered. He shot up out of his chair, and paced around the room, panicking.
"Oh my god! What are we gonna do!? What!? OH MY GOD MY WIFE IS GONNA HAVE A CHILD. OH MY GOD IM GONNA BE A FATHER!" His hands were tangled up in his blonde hair. You groaned.
"OH MY GOSH, REINER! BRING ME TO THE HOSPITAL!" You said taking deep breaths. His hands immediately came out of his messy hair. He grabbed you as helped you walk towards the car. You sat in the passenger seat, breathing loudly. He started the car and headed towards the hospital. You were grabbing his arm, panting. You finally arrived at the hospital and you hurried in.
"MY WIFE IS GIVING BIRTH!" He yelled as you walked through the doors. You would facepalm if you could. But sadly, both of your hands were gripping to Reiners arm for dear life. Nurses gathered around you and rushed you to a room. You changed quickly into a hospital gown and you layed on the bed.
"Breathe. In and out." The nurse said. You looked up at the nurse.
"Krista!" You exclaimed. The blonde-haired petite woman smiled down at you.
"Long time no see, [Name]!" You smiled happily, thankful that this woman from heaven would be the one to help you give birth. You gritted your teeth, and gripped Reiners arm harder. You saw him wince, but he stayed strong for you. You breathed in and out, and finally the doctor came in. Your eyes widened. The doctor had a messy brown ponytail and glasses. Yup. It was Hanji.
"OH MY GOD, HANJI!" The doctor looked at you as smiled. She gave a hearty laugh.
"Well, hello Krista and [Name]!" She said as she waved. You both smiled at her, ecstatic. You knew Hanji because she was the one who helped Mikasa and Eren have their kid. Your breathing became more ragged, and you groaned. She became serious. "Places, everyone!" You were screaming now. Your nails dug into Reiners skin, and you screamed. The pain. It took 2 hours until the little thing came out of your body. You breathed a heavy sigh of relief. Krista patted your hand gently.
"Congratulations, [Name]! Do you know the gender?" You shook your head, smiling. She widened her blue eyes in surprise, and then softened them. Hanji came back in holding a blue blanket.
"Congrats, [Na]-" her sentence was cut short when you began groaning again.
"TWINS!?" Everyone yelled including you. Hanji hurriedly gave your son to another nurse so he could be put into the nursery.
"PLACES!" You pushed again, and this time it was more painful. You pushed and you pushed and finally pop! It came out! You breathed a sigh of relief once again. And then you groaned.
"TRIPLETS!?" You pushed and finally 3 hours later they were all out. You took in a deep breath, finally able to loosen the tight grip you had on Reiners arm. You smiled weakly at him, and he smiled back. He kissed your forehead.
"Good job, [Name]." You looked up at your husband and your eyelids grew heavy. You refused to sleep though, not until you got to see your children. Krista was still gently holding your hand, smiling.
"Congrats once again, [Name]." You turned your head towards her, thanking God that she was there. You heard the door open and saw three nurses come in. There were two pink blankets and one blue one. Your smile widened. They put them in your arms and tears of joy fell from your face. One had already opened its eyes, and they were a piercing yellow. Just like Reiners. Your second child, the daughter, had your lips and your [h/c] eyelashes. Your third child, another girl, were a mixture of you and Reiner. She appeared to have blonde hair, your lips, his nose, and a pair of soft [e/c] eyes. You smiled softly and stroked each of their cheeks. A nurse came in with a clipboard. She smiled at the sight of you holding your children.
"What's their names?" She said. You thought about it and snapped your fingers.
"The boys name is Ryan." You said as she wrote it down. "The first girl is Dylin and the second girl is Alex." The nurse wrote it down. Since you and Reiner weren't expecting triplets, it took you a few minutes to come up with names. Reiner nodded with each of your names and smiled. "You wanna hold them?" His eyes widened and he was shaking. You cocked your head at him. "What's wrong?"
"I...what if I drop them?" You thought about and smiled.
"Then hold them one by one!" You handed him Ryan. He held the baby awkwardly, and finally relaxed into it. He gave him a gentle smile, and played with his tiny hands. Ryan opened his small golden eyes and stared at his father.
"Hi, Ryan. I'm your daddy!" Reiner said as he put his thumb in his little hand. Ryan squeezed it with all his baby might, and released. He fell asleep, and you gave him Dylin. He was so happy, you could tell. You gave him Alex, and his smile only widened. As he handed them back to you, the door burst open.
"CONGRATS, [NAME]!" You looked at the door. Sasha, Connie, Eren, Mikasa, Bertholdt, Ymir, Annie, Armin, Jean, and Marco were there. Your eyes widened.
"Hi, guys!" They each gave you and Reiner a hug, admiring your triplets. Mikasas and Erens daughter was in their arms. The little girl had inherited Mikasas black hair and Erens blue green eyes. Her hair was put up in pigtails, and she pointed at your babies.
"Mommy, Daddy, are they gonna be my friends?" You chuckled at the small child, nodding.
"Yeah, you guys are gonna be best friends!" He said as he rose her up into the air. She laughed, and he put her back down.
"Good job, man. Triplets huh?" You saw Bertholdt give Reiner a man-hug. Mikasa stood next to you, expressionless.
"Painful, right?" She said as she glanced down at you. She gave you a gentle smile and patted your hand. "Congrats, [Name]." All of a sudden, Reiner stood up. He went in front of you and took a picture of you and the triplets. He scratched at the back of his head.
"Uh, is it okay if I can get something at the house?" You nodded, knowing he was probably tired. He hurried out the door, and you sighed. Sasha went up to you.
"Does it make you hungry?" Sasha asked. You rolled your eyes at the brunette. She and Connie got married a year ago, and she wants to know what it feels like to have kids. You raised your eyebrows, thinking about it. Your tummy grumbled and you laughed.
"Yeah apparently." She turned towards Connie.
"When I have kids, bring two boxes of donuts!" She said as she poked his forehead. He nodded quickly, somewhat horrified. You laughed at them, and relaxed. Armin went up to Krista and kissed her forehead. He and Krista were engaged, and were planning their wedding.
"Annie." You called for her. She walked towards you, holding her small baby bump. "How is it with you and Bert?" Annie and him got married 3 years ago, and already have a son. Annie was pregnant again, and she was crossing her fingers that it was a girl. Annie groaned.
"I hate morning sickness." You laughed at her and she smiled. The door burst open. In came Reiner, holding a small box.
"IM HERE." He headed towards your bed, and a nurse came in to take your kids to the nursery. You kissed each of their foreheads, and turned towards Reiner. He gave you the box, blushing. You opened it and found a small note.
Dear [Name],
I love you. And now we have kids! IM SO HAPPY!

You laughed at his little note. So this was what he was doing. You put it beside you and underneath was a small silver locket. You held it in you palm and opened it. On one side was a picture of you and him at your wedding. On the other was a picture of you with the triplets. A small sparkling tear ran down your cheek. You lunged yourself at Reiner, pulling him into a bear hug. Everyone in the room clapped and cheered.
"I love you too, Reiner." You said as he tightened the hug. A nurse came in and said that visiting time was over. Everyone was hesitant to leave, but they had to. Everyone filed out of the room saying goodbye. Reiner held on to you a bit longer and released the hug. He stroked your cheek.
"I'll see you later, [Name]." You smiled at him and nodded in response. He left the room, pecking your cheek. When he closed the door, you layed on your bed, exhausted. You closed your eyes and quickly fell asleep, a smile on your face.

It was a quiet morning in the mess hall. Almost too quiet. You looked to see who was missing. (e/c) eyes searched for the elusive soldier.
"Good morning!" the missing soldier called.
'Hange. Hange was missing.' you thought quietly.
"Well, how is Humanity's Shortest Couple?" Hange inquired as she took her customary seat across from you. You could hear Levi choke on his tea. His eyebrow twitched in frustration.
"Four-eyes, it's too early to be yelling." Levi growled.
"Sorry, Shorty." Hange grinned. Levi always seemed annoyed by her; however, Hange was your best friend, so Levi tolerated her. Your mind began to drift to other things.
